Tide HE Powder concentrated

Tried another new box of Tide HE powder with a coupon sent to me to replace the box I was having the suds issue with, same results, suds lock in my Duet. I used a two teaspoon measure for a medium, bordering on large load of laundry. I told Tide people I don't get it. I have cleaned the machine, reduced the amount of detergent and now the Tide powder won't work anymore? Rinsing was a real treat.
Back to Persils for me.I'm uncertain how many other people are having this problem but I have seen this for the last time.I have been told that it is not the new concentrated version that is the problem,however, for me there is a problem, some where, all I know is it doesn't work for me and to the moon with Tide

What a shame, although my Duet dealt with suds poorly also. You might try using the Tide mixed half and half with the Persil, just to see if you can get some use out of your purchase.
