Time Display in AM/PM

For upgraded users I added a toggle checkbox so you can view index and threads time in AM/PM format if you wish. To go back to the 24 hour clock like we've used for years just uncheck the box shown in the image below.

For non-upgraded users, the standard 24 hour clock will still apply.

Please let me know if you notice anything odd with this change, thanks everyone.

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for this additional updgrade! I really like the AM/PM clock instead of the "military" clock, which always confused me a bit as I was not allowed to join the armed forces ;-)
