ooooh aren't roundabouts fun?
They are a microcosm of the rest of society. Those (drivers) who have no concept that there are other people on the planet behave similarly in that situation, meaning in a roundabout.
Honestly there are American tourists visitng NYC that can't negotiate a revolving door to a store. It's all what you get used to and are exposed to.
Just one year ago my mother had no idea how to handle a front-loading washer. Now she has one.
