As today is "Register My Appliance Day" here in the UK its time to check you are all up to date and that every one of your appliances are registered with the manufacturer. This also helps you as it confirms your start date for your guarantee and allows the manufacturers to have your contact details in case of a product safety notice or recall...

Value the washer more than the car--That is if the washer can take you to and from work! Many women WORK these days! They are not always at home using the washer-and "hubby" may use it just as much as she does!

Register My Appliance..

Lol, agreed, more women do work now but the majority will still use the washer after work..I just had a quick recap of family n friends and its prob the woman who will use the washer even if hubby is doing his share of the family home tasks !!

I will ask them if they prefer car over washer, got me intrigued now ha ha!!

Register My Appliance..

Hi John, as you know most will be long in the database ha ha, but actually a few of the modern ones I have double checked and even the likes of Dualit catering toasters are asking to register the OLDEST stuff as well as part of a "How Long Did They Last" promotion...

We will await your next visit in the new space to complete further vintage repairs ...

Cheers, Mike

The first error...!

Panasonic are not listed! Hah!

I know their washing machines are being phased out, but what of their breadmakers, televisions, etc. They'll still need registering.

Oh dear!

Neither are Rowenta, Tefal, Moulinex, Russell Hobbs, Morphy Richards, Goblin or Swan.

Quite a few holes...

Thanks!

I see.

It's a pity the other manufacturers can't see the benefit of one website for all concerned.

I suppose it is a similar scenario to the detergent ingredient lists being spread across a multitude of websites, instead of one port of call, like it should be.
