I use my Roto-Flex agitator with 4 big sheets and the rollover is good.

I'd like to see a Roto Flex in action, just to see how it did. I figured clothes would get caught under the fins at some point. Nature of the beast..

Comment on the LK Agitator
In all the years my mom had that machine, nothing every got caught in the agitator.
The rollover was good even with a full load. My mom only used 1 cycle on it. Occasionally she did you the pp cycle but everything was washed in cold. Although she would fill it with hot water, detergent and bleach and do all the whites. I loved the light too it really was nice to have. When my parents replaced the machine they put a light above the washer because they missed the light on the old machine's control pannel.

Well...if no one gets those, I'd like to have that agitator!
I think it is a crime that anyone would only use one cycle on a Lady Kenmore. They should have been relegated to a one dial entry level kenmore lol. Just like people that only use one button on their dishwasher!!! Them buttons & cycles were made for usin'!!!

We HAD the BOL Kenmores of this vintage when I was a kid; Mom and Dad didn't much believe in throwing away money on features. Big mistake; the washer was a hot-water hog and the dryer ran so hot you could have roasted a turkey in it if you could have taken the banging and thumping. Clothes that weren't very carefully watched came out nicely Perma-Wrinkled. At that time, Perma-Press was resin-set, so if the resin in the fabric got really overheated, it took a new "set". Only cure was another wash and another super-hot trip through the dryer, this time taking care to get the clothes out on time.
