And a 50's GE T34. This was probably the most common GE toaster in Canada anyways. My mom is still using hers from before I was born. They were re-issued again around the late 80's early 90's but about 1/2 the weight of these originals so obviously something was cheapened in the new ones. You can tell just by pressing the plunger the newer ones are chintzy copies.

This is the recent B&D Arize I mentioned above that sets most bread on fire. I don't use it for that reason but it's a very cool toaster, just like an aquarium. The calrod elements are up near the slot openings and remain stationary, the toast lowers and raises on the elevator toasting as it goes past them in each direction. The glass slides are hinged drop down for easy cleaning. The other negative about it, the calrod elements have to heat up first before the toast action elevator starts dropping down and that can seem like an eternity when you're waiting for your toast..
I thihk this one is worth of a future collectible though.

Nice Stuff Pete. I once saw an enameled turquoise colored toaster that looked almost exactly like that Hamilton Beach. I'd love to get my hands on that version.

I'll have to take a picture of my coffee maker, it's a Sunbeam C-50 vacuum pot. I love it! It makes a great brew! Plus, I love the aroma it gives off of the coffee throughout my home.

On a side note, I love, LOVE that Westinghouse 4 slice toaster, very neat with the starbursts!
