they were 1-16s. In my first college apartment, the laundry room had 4 of these wahers. The laundry room was right outside my bedroom window. I went to sleep hearing Frigidaires many a night. When I look at the apartments that previous March, they still had turq. F-flos from early 1960s--just hot & warm wash. I moved in June for summer session. the Frigidaires were there. Went home for 5 weeks after the 1st session & returned for fall in August. The washers were replaced by SQs in the fall or early winter. They had some service issues, at least 2 of the 4 were down a lot in those few months. The SQs didn't hold as much, which I hated. Plus they only had regular/fast and slow/fast combinations. The Frigidaires had N/N, N/S, and S/S speed selections and 4 wash temp selections.
