Were these actually made by the same company that manufactured the TV's and radio's?

Baja I was just wondering the same thing.

What wild 50's company merger, produced this? Was it Zenith as Baja mentioned. What ever became of this company? alr2903.

I am not sure but i think it was Apex who manufactured these for Zenith.

My grandparents had a Zenith electric range. Bought just before WWII. Lasted til about 1979. 3 burner, deepwell one oven and 3 storage drawers. So, who made those, I wonder?

Apex is right, they made Zenith washers and dryers (and probably wringers) up until Apex closed in '58. They were agitator machines, not bouncing basket.
