That's early '70s, I think - around '73 or so. It's MOL, as evidenced by the lack of an oven window and the 3 small/1 large burner setup. These were pretty decent performers, though.
That Kelvy is pretty spiffy-looking. Wonder if it's a self-cleaner? The trim makes it look upper-series.

I am guessing the Tappan wall oven has a brushed chrome or satin stainless finish and is a gas model?
