I keep a highly modified KA just outside my basement door under my deck. It has a 37,000 BTU modulating gas burner in it which makes for very fast drying, but the high temps above 95F played havoc with the high limit thermostat on the burner stack. I wondered why it was shutting off after a few minutes of drying so I listened and observed what was happening. There was a snap on the left side of the control panel followed in about a minute by a click lower down on the left side which was the thermostat resetting. I turned down the burner input so that the flame was about half size and it dried all the laundry just fine today in pretty close to the same time for my standard loads.
