I have seen an add for these the past few days. Cannot remember if it was in a magazine, tv or on a home page. I don't know if you chew on it or squeeze it out but I don't think that this a good thing. I can see a growing trend of kids eating other types of pods thinking it is safe. Anyone else come across this and have more info?

Sounds like a good idea, and importantly gets rid of the difficult to recycle paste tube.

I wonder if there is Glycerin in these.

  I recently discovered Earth Paste.

Now I'm working  a rebuilding a tooth that had a cavity when I was like 11, had a filling, the filling fell out, and now you can rebuild your teeth naturally with

certain ingredients like ground up organic egg shells.

As for kids eating them as snack food- hey, I mean come on.  How many of you have a fixation on Tide and Cascade?  Different generations, different ways of

doing things.  Sure a few 100 of them may die before realizing they shouldn't be eaten.  That's just the price of technology. And hey, there's over 7 BILLION

people on the planet eating bugs, mcdonalds, and no doubt each other.   I think we can accept this new quirk in society.

If the kids start eating toothpaste pods, all it will mean is a clean mouth and no need for paste when brushing.

working a rebuilding a tooth

Delaney, is the tooth rebuilding process working? Or is it too early to say?

I'm kind of curious. I know I've seen articles in alternative health websites talking about this.

It really sucks to be born at the end of an era. My friends and I have more in common with guys 10 years older than with 5 years younger. But I digress...

Could someone please explain to me how this invention makes the task in question easier or faster?

Thanks,

Jim

It does not make the task a whole lot faster, but I see where they are comming from in terms of ease of use, just as with detergent.

You can keep a whole lot of mess from happening.
With detergent, no matter how carefull, you will spill from time to time. And cleaning that is not a hard task per se, but it's one of these things that makes you sigh out cause you have to get some kind of cloth, dampen it up, clean the spill, dispose of the cloth in some way. It's one of these short, unescessary and annoying things.

With toothpaste: I guess once out of 5 times, after I applied the toothpaste to the toothbrush and put it down to screw the toothpaste tube closed, the toothbrush fell over on its side. *sigh*
And me having to wear (and consequently clean) a plastic retainer bracket, I have to have a second toothbrush and a little bottle of dishsoap around everytime I brush my teeth. That creates a slight logistic problem.

And as useless as this might seem, as much as you can life without it, as much as its a first world problem, I can just as much understand everybody who likes the idea.

Only one thing: No fluoride? For real?
