Top loaded Dryer

Today when we was getting new machines to recycle i saw an old Electrolux top loaded dryer at the station, were we collect the machines. Of course i took the machine home to the job. Now i havent started recycle this machine yet.

What i wanna know is if anyone wants me taking photos of it?. If you want me too please tell what you wanna see of it, like motor or how its generally working. The bearings are totally f'***ed up so its not any idea to repair the machine.

I dont have any digital camera but have an regular. I have uploaded some pics i have taken earlier on another thread so, its not a problem taking the photos. There was also an manual in the drum that i took home and now has scanned.

Thank you for the scans. It would be lovely if you would take some pictures. It's amazing that it's possible to hook this small dryer up to 380V. Must have been a funny sight, a small dryer with a big 380V plug.

For those who don't read Swedish, it's an electronic dryer. The programmes 1 - 4 are automatic cycles. 1 = dry, 2 = iron dry, 3 = synthetics and 4 = machine iron. The dial marked "E" is used for on and off and for the temperature selection.

As you can see the electronic sensors are on the baffles. Very modern!

I have now recycled the machine. I took some pics of it but havent send the film yet to Fujifilm. I,m maybe going to take more photos if other nice machines comes up so to speak. Right now i have used 15 photos from a 36 film. I took photos of some stuff like the motor and fan and such. Of course also some of that cool drum. Its completely white and has sensors on the baffles. These sensors are connected to contacts in the bearings and the electronic.

The machine i had there was no repairable. i turned it on just to see if it would start. It started and after a few minutes it smelled burned from it so disconnected it. The motor moves both the drum and the fan. Because the bearings was so bad neither the drum or fan moved as it should.

By the way. It was very important that the baffles was totally clean. This was because the sensors was there. If not the electronic could fail so the machine never stopped drying the clothes.
