I believe you are correct.
Looks like it was a nice coach back in 1964, when it was new. The refrigerator is also GE. Free for the whole shebang.

I figured when I saw that range and refrigerator it was in either a mobile home or cheap apartment. My sister had a range that looked similar but Avocado in an old MH.

I emailed the guy one two weeks ago and he never responded for more pictures. 
My uncle and aunt had one like that trailer in the 60's with the same turquoise appliances but the washer was a Frigidaire in the bathroom in pink. Their stove was a Magic Chef and fridge was also a Frigidaire
