My parents had this exact same model in their new house they purchased in 1958. Fortunately for them, theirs was a stainless-steel finish. So it was able to fit in as they changed other appliance colors over the years. It was still in the house when they sold it around 2010. I have seen pastel pink, yellow and the turquoise, but never a white one. So not sure if they made them in white or not.
My maternal grandparents purchased a brand new track home in 1955 with a GE AEK and it had a turquoise GE wall oven just like this one, along with a GE stove top, DW and WD combo built into the cabinet next to the DW.
All the buyers in the neighborhood immediately had problems with the built in WD combos and GE removed the internal machine guts, but left the WD combo machine fronts and control panels in place and they compensated each of the homeowners with a new GE Filter Flow WD set. Every time I went to their house I had to play around with that phantom WD Combo door and control panel, it literally fascinated me.
