I have been working in the commercial catering equipment market for the last 18 years and I had never even heard of it. My view? Totally impractical for a commercial kitchen, just constantly negioiating those doors rules it out for a start never mind the extra space they would take up and how much longer it would take to load and unload the dishes. Space saving? Never! At the very least it still needs an inlet table (dirties) to scrape and probably pre-rinse dishes prior to loading.
I expect those of our company who work in commercial kitchens got a good laugh at the video at least

I don't quite think this would replace load-through style dishwashers.
Looks far more like a thing made for verry niche needs.
At several occasions was staying in self-service group accomodations with different people and they were usually about 20-30 people.
Having like 2 of these would work great for that.

Yeah, niche is it. When they mentioned boardroom, that triggered my thought---a corporate pantry installation--single setting/meal, single handling of dishware, cleared directly into this unit where things are washed and left. The F&P dishdrawer came from New Zealand--this is the Australian counterpart of weird dishwashers.

Several of those as a dish machine operator. I don't see this machine as practical. In a busy restaurant setting you need to be able to scrap the dirty dishes, send them through and get the clean dishes back to the service area as quickly as possible.
This machine seems more suited for a single service, small scale kitchen; as I don't see it practical or ergonomically feasible in a busy high demand establishment.

Or group homes/assisted living where you basically have the same people and thus same dishes every time.
Everyone grabs their plates and glasses and just returns them after the meal.
But to be fair:
Seeing such an appliance as a child would be one of the things that makes you love appliances, wouldn't it?

The style of it reminds me of those self-service refrigerated cabinets, seen in shops and convenience stores.
I don't think it's a practical implementation either. It looks to be too clunky, cumbersome and time-consuming in loading and unloading dishware.
Perhaps it was dreamt up by a university undergraduate? Form over function, ill-conceived and poorly executed.
