Unusual sighting

Went to check out the scrapyard down the road,to see if anything interesting had come in.
Anyone who's been around appliances knows GM Frigidaire made some refrigerators for Montgomery Ward.Saw a 'fridge sitting out there,so went to check it out. It was a MW badged Frigidaire,but it had a Frigidaire serial# plate on it,that was partially covered over by a Wards serial# plate.Factory screw up!

Oooooh...interesting because I saw a Coppertone MW Fridge on Craigslist, and I kinda thought in the back of my head that it resembled a GM Frigidaire. It's in great shape and not too far either...if I wasn't out of room I'd get it!!!

Maybe someone did what I have done many times. Put the doors from a frig of one brand and put them on another frig built by the same manufacturer. For instance Whirlpool doors on a Kenmore. I recently put Magic Chef doors on a Montgomery Wards machine. Or was it the other way around. Can't remember now.
