Started giving it a first scrub, and taking parts off to get an idea of what we're working with. I don't know if this motor can be repaired (who do you take something like this too?) but that aside it doesn't look to bad. Thought maybe someone would be interested in seeing these.

Looks like the rubber motor isolators and wheel have pretty much deteriorated. You can probably fab something up, like using innertube material, and make it work again.

Does it run and run smoothly? Not seeing a cord in the picture.

I always take these apart, clean, turbine oil the bearings/bushings, and reassemble.

It does not run, the cord was crumbling and has to be replaced. The motor is off, there looks to be melted wires so it'll have to be taken apart and likely rebuilt. Oddest thing is the agitator won't come out, we're trying to completely drop the bottom off and that is holding the entire bottom assembly up. It can be moved back and forth (probably not as much as it should) but it won't lift out and we can't pull it from the bottom.

Agitators can nearly weld themselves to the drive block if they aren't periodically removed. A thin coat of Vaseline on the drive block helps the removal process later.
