I'm surprised at how healthy I seemingly am when I mainly consume chips and sour cream, have all this pop flowing and coffee multiple times a day (reheating it, though, hardly matches a new pot!)
I'm also in the ranks of over-consuming what mostly tastes good, and a recent power outage found me lugging twenties of cartons of ice cream to my dad's house, which surprisingly had power, whereas he has far more incidents of his electricity going out than we do, but the power company may have finally done that one more to finally prevent those frequent electrical shortages in his territory, once mine and experiencing them often too...
So, likewise, I hardly participate in the healthiest food group I'd once benefitted from, though finding myself tired and less energetic the more fruits and vegetables I'd thought I was consuming to maintain the opposite as I'd simply gotten older, and more living the You Are What You Eat...
