Vac folks: Compact Electra Anniv Edition ?

Whilst perusing my local haunts today I came across a Compact that had a fading decal on the side that said something like Anniversary Edition. No hose or attachments, just the vac, which while not totally beat up might look better after a clean. Anyways I passed on it at $20 I thought too much with no attachments. I'd like a compact for my collection but would rather find a complete one, unless of course this is a "collectible" even in not the greatest cosmetic shape. Thoughts ? What year would it be, being an anniversary addition?

If you give me the color, I can give you a good idea of what year it was made. There were several different aniversary edition models over the years and they aren't rare, but I also don't know how common they are.

It look sort of turquoise , light blueish/green

I would give that late 60's, but thats just going by the color.
