your own claim of not knowing if its operational yet.....a description like that translates into, non functional....
the more that you can post disclaimers as to what works, and what doesn't, missing parts, and a detailed condition, then maybe the price can go up....
most wringer types only sell for 25.00 to 50.00, unless its an exceptional piece/condition, even then rare to see them go above 100.00...…
then again, an item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it....
I personally wont deal with a seller if they want to raise to a higher asking price because others may be interested as well.....
if I sell an item, the asking price is where it stands, if several are interested, its only a matter of who gets here first with cash can have it...money talks, BS walks...I wont hold it, nor will I enter into a bidding war...
