Thank you Jon for posting these sheets too! What a pity they didn't refine this design, the appliance market could have looked very different nowadays, although ofcourse the Launderal didn't change much.
There is another reason for the trap doors opening to the outside, in that way they prevent small items to fall between the drums while (un)loading.
