I have a set in pretty good looking condition that I need to sell. I believe the washer needs a motor, but am not positive of that diagnosis, the dryer works. I would be willing to let them go to someone who appreciates these wonderful machines for a very reasonable price because we will be moving. washer model LA108, and dryer model LDE308. I don't have photos, they are in storage and covered right now. They both still have their original lucite knobs, but the dryer pull knob for the door had to be replaced. There is some age scratches and scuffs, but all in all in good shape. Just wanna be honest. i loved these machines, just can't keep everything!

First, welcome and thanks for trying to offer these machines here.

Second, a photo or two would help; it gives members here an idea of the overall condition.

Third, as I'm sure you know, these are fairly basic machines. That means they may take some time to find homes for - many people who collect are looking for the more glamorous top-of-the-line machines. Don't get worried if it takes a while for someone to come forward, unless, of course, you're out of space and time. There are people who look specifically for the more basic units.

We do have Arizona members, so there are people in your state who might be looking for machines.

Best of luck, and again, photos help!

Photos are a must, bottom of the line machines in semi-rough condition can be a tough sell, without photos, forget it. (Don't expect more than $100 for the pair, if you can find an interested party).

I know digging stuff out of storage to snap a photo is a hassle but that is the only way to sell these.

Personally, I pass over any Craigslist ad doesn't have a photo, or at least a model number and brief description.
