Today the local gay car club went on an outing to a junk yard that is about 100 miles west of the Phoenix area. The guy who owns the place doesn't let a lot of outside people into his place, but he does open the doors for the car club every once and a while. I met my partner there around this same time four years ago. Anyways most of the cars are from the 20s 30s 40s some 50s and 60s. There are also vintage mobile homes/travel trailers there that are filled with almost anything. No vintage automaitc washers though. Here are some nice photos of the yard and some of the stuff I discovered.
This is one view of the yard.

Junkyards are fun!

Thanks for posting. Thirty years ago there were a lot of yards with cars that vintage...not so much now.

I spot a 1952-54 Nash Ambassador or Statesman in the last pic.

One of my uncles had three Edsels at one time. He thought they'd make him rich some day. Ha.
