historical moments owners of the set has moved because of 1 case of alzimers decise but new owners decided not to keep curent set so curent set direct drive whirlpool washer and vintage kenmore dryer of over 60 years since made in the 1970 i estimate 1976 will end up crush sadly but here are pics of the set by the way washer is one of my dream washer for the direct drive topload tech of the 1990 do not know excat year but here are pics

Washer was built 43rd week of 1999. Dryer is probably mid 70s.

When would these dryers have been produced? I was thinking somewhere in the era of 1970 to 1975. I’ve seen one or two before but I’m not too sure about all the details on them. This would be one of the “Match-all” dryers, correct?

yes mid 70s. It's part of a pair for the Canadian market.

bradfordwhite i have no idea what year the model dryer in pic 7 was produce so i am only estimating its excat age

That dryer appears to be the unshaded Golden Wheat color, which would place it 1977 or later. It has the early plastic door handle that was introduced on the 1972 models, but has the plastic pull out lint filter new in 1974. The Canadian models tend to be a mixture of parts from different years. Could even be from the 80's, so more like 40-45 years old.
