Found this on Craigslist in the Phoenix area. Not a bad looking dishwasher.

That is the first version of the 24" Hotpoint dishwasher, previous models being 27" wide. It would be from between 1956 and 1958, as the 1959 models were restyled.

This was from the time period that Hotpoint was a premium line, rather than a budget offering as in later years.

I fond my white one on a curb in the late 80s. The timer dial was cracked and I bought the last one that the Hotpoint parts dealer had. I even managed to find the little screen for the detergent dispenser tank.

I text the seller and they are going to have their plumber unhook it. Once that is done, I'll go and pick it up. I asked about other appliances and they said the others weren't the original ones. They had been updated at some point previously. They do have a Philco wall a/c unit, that they are going to give to me, when I pick up the dishwasher. They also stated that they are keeping the cabinets, just updating the appliances. I'll try and get some pictures of the kitchen, when I am there to get the dishwasher.
