"This beautiful freezer has been in storage since it was purchased. Has turquoise interior, groundless plug. Outside of it is a little rough but with some TLC it could be amazing! Ok, which is it? Is the thing "new" and "unused" or used and broken?

Why would a new never used freezer not work and or be a little "rough". Someone purchased this freezer, found it didn't work then put it into storage?

Again, they've no shame some people....
