Hi Paul, there are shipping companies, Jackie is currently making shipping runs and not having to restore another 240 volt electric dryer could improve the reliability of the North-Eastern power grid, LOL

I contacted Jackie a few years ago to have a washer brought from Omaha to TX, she refused.

I contacted her several months ago and she said she no longer shipped large heavy items like washers and dryers.
Kenmore Comes to Palm Springs
I just decided since I missed out on 1/18washer and dryer that I have to have The 1952 Kenmore dryer.
So on Saturday morning I drove to Reno Nevada getting to Reno about two in the afternoon.
I met the owner at a storage facility and when he open the door I was shocked at what good condition the dryer the dryer was in . a few scratches on the top the dryer Front and sides in perfect condition. The lint screen look brand new . Loaded the dryer into the car stayed overnight in Reno and drove back the next day. On a sidenote I haven’t been to Reno since the mid-70s and they’ve done the Riverwalk On both sides of the Truckee River which which flows through town. quite beautiful
