Wow that set in Vegas is sweet! Too bad they won't fit in my carry-on in a few weeks, LOL.

This beautiful, retro, vintage, chocolate brown, original Maytag washer dryer set will take you right back to the middle of the 20th century! The set belonged to my father and he took great care of them. They are in excellent condition. The only thing they need is two new fluorescent bulbs that illuminate the backsplash on each machine. However, these bulbs in no way effect the function of the washer and dryer.
Dimensions:
washer: 25.5" wide
gas dryer: 28.25" wide
The dryer model is CD G 806 and I couldn't find the model number on the washer.

My tub on my Maytag is so sparkly new - what happened to the tub, did they use alot of bleach and caustic washing liquid or powder? Isn't it hard to remove the finish or were those earlier finishes easier to peel away?

What's that stainless steel lint filter assembly doing in this low end machine? I'm tempted to contact the seller just to try and get that. They're hard to come by.

David - I bet the filter housing in reply #67 is actually a white replacement. The chrome filter assembly is too tall for the standard capacity agitators.

Thanks for the input on this, but you know, I have a chrome lint filter assembly on my A700 that came off an A502. So that's what I was thinking this is. I know the lint filter your thinking of, the one that's identical to the large capacity turquoise ones in every aspect except for the chrome top, but that's not what I had in mind. The possibility that this one is actually white is something I hadn't considered. Too bad the picture isn't just a bit larger.
