Two Avocado KA Portable DWs
Hi Phil, and I will also add my thanks for all the appliances you post, keep up the great work.
These two KAs are different models, the one you found is a less expensive machine than Andy's, so it is missing the side trims and lower trim on the lower panel. It also does not have the wood top of Andy's and even though the top does not look good in the picture it should be a real Porcelain top and at certain angles Porcelain has a orange peel type of look which might be what we are seeing in the photo.
That cute little Whirlpool Convertible washer in post# 28 is an early version that spins at 936 RPMs, it should be an LAC4900W, it even has the cute chrome agitator cap, it should be a 1974-5 vintage machine.
