Those burners appear to be very close together. The ones on the end would be very hard to use with any pot over 1.5Q.

I thought the same - and remembered how some units are staggered vs. all in a row. It might not be too bad - unless you're using all four burners. Bring your pots and pans and test it out, I guess.

Brent, Your question is partially answered by the last picture that shows the stainless steel shelf flipped up to provide more room in front of the surface units which provides more room for handles, but ultimately, these high oven ranges had more disadvantages than advantages.
They do have historical precedent in some of the first electric range designs in the 1920s which had wall mounted ovens with windowed doors over the surface units that were at counter height.
