Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

My parents had one of these, similar but not quite the same. They said they bought it before I was born (1951). It had a grey hammertone finish on it. It also had the controls on the inside surround on the bottom right of the inside sid and had three speeds. It also had a small tube in the motor for oiling it periodically. My parents used 3 in 1 oil.
And yes they were "flippable". And they moved a LOT of air. I remember they would put it in the dining room window and open the other windows in the house. A big breeze would then come it the open windows. It seemed almost as effective as an attic fan!
We used it until they got central A/C which was around 1965 or so. Then I don't know what happened to it.

Also...

It was mounted to a different kind of wall mount. The frame into which the fan was mounted was more curved. It was flat where the fan is located, but curved back towards the window frame as the front panel reached the edges near the window frame. If that makes any sense.
It looked more like this one in the video, but was larger.
