It looks unused. WP had trouble with those "clean touch" buttons.

Why does the top rack look more like a GE than a WP at least from the front?

It was foolish to put buttons behind a flimcy sheet of plastic and think that would last.
I'm surprised with WP. Anytime I've come across an appliance in the last 20 years with the clean touch, the plastic is cracked or missing over the buttons.
