Good one Rick, I think this interview really shows us what she is: a joke. McCain's deperate plea to bring the election onto his own terms and his last ditch effort to get into the White House. Thank God it's not going to happen. Everyone was super excited about her when the news broke, but the more Americans get to know about her, the more we dont' like her. Quite frankly, I am down right scared of the fact that she could be the next vp/prez. Ugh, you think Americans would learn from the last 8 years that just because some is a "down to earth, connect with the American people (supposedly), Christian, it does NOT mean they will make a good president.

On a sidenote, Republicans are blaming the "liberal media elite" for taking advantage of Sarah Palin and being to harsh on her. Palin said she wasn't taught "ethics" like these when she got a degree on journalism. GIVE ME A FUC*ING BREAK. She's running for the 2nd most powerful position in the world and were not supposed to scrutinize her??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME I want to know as much as possible about her. SARAH PALIN IS A JOKE, PLEASE REALIZE THAT.

I get up everyday down with a smile on my face and can't wait to turn on the news to see what has flown out of her mouth. She needs to stay on the ticket and help Barack win the election. I can't wait to see the debate thursday (tommorow night).

Just saw the new one where she couldn't cite any Supreme Court cases. God, this is just what we need, a vp who can't remember any Supreme Court cases, with so much of our country running on the precedents laid down by these desicions. Doesn't have the faintest idea what the Bush Doctrine is. Doesn't know what the VP does on a daily basis. AND is a <quote> REGULATOR OF GAS AND OIL<end quote>. WTF???

My VP debate prediction: Expectations for her performance are SO low that if she's able to string a few coherent answers together, the improvement in her performance since the Couric interview will draw the masses back into her camp.

I'm still amazed anyone thinks she's ready to be even the vice-president. If McCain dropped dead six months into his term, this country would be screwed.
