Wash-In Scheduled

The fires are almost out, the air is finally clearing and it is time for another mini wash-in.

Those who responded to my email know the details for Saturday, November 3rd.

We plan to meet in Long Beach around 4 for some clothes washing, mini-basket testing and suds cake making.

We all voted on a pot luck style dinner so let me know what you plan to bring. I will fill in the gaps, meal wise.

This was a wash-in at my place a couple years ago.

Left to Right are:

Gary, Jimmy (FilterFlo), yours truly, Scott, a friend of Scott's visiting from MN, and Erik.

Wash-in Pix

Good day everyone,

Following are pictures of the West Coast mini-wash-in on November 3rd. We did 7 loads of laundry in about 4 hours, having dinner in between and ending with a tour of my collection after devouring Scott's made from scratch bundt cake. We even had a break watching a Mary Tyler Moore episode on my 1967 RCA color TV. It was wonderful to host the group and we hope for even more to attend in January when we kick off the new year with another wash-in when Filter Flo is out here.

Parting shot with all the laundry finished. I had a great time. It was nice to meet Matthew, Al and Charles and a pre-holiday treat to visit with Scott, Kevin and Rich. Sanford did not have to disrobe this time, as there was so much to wash!

It was GREAT attending Mike's wash-in!! It was also great to see existing (I won't say "old"... haha) friends again and wonderful to meet new friends too!!! I'm very happy I was able to stay through dinner this time, all the food was awesome!

Thanks again for hosting a great afternoon/evening Mike, I look forward to the next one in January!
