Washing instructions

Hi all,

I'm sorry for still living in the dark ages. But, I'm wondering if someone here would be so kind as to decipher this label for me. It's an ironing board cover that we'd like to wash.
Usually, I see the symbols combined with written instructions. This one just has the symbols.
