Hi All:
I have to change a twenty year old Watts Duo-Cloz valve. It has a soldered elbow connection to the water line, no threads. The new one has a combo elbow that is threaded on the outside, and capable of being sweated on the inside. Manufacturer claims elbow can be soldered or threaded interchangeably. Is this the same dimension as the old one, and can the threaded elbow be soldered the same way as the old?
