Hey there,

We're in PA having a little much-needed R&R. And what better way to do that than in the Adamstown area where you'll find almost as many antique shops as you will delis in NYC!

Here are some pix from today. Some are general shots and others are more specific.

Here's a nice booth with a lot of glassware and Pyrex.

Great patio lanterns! If you've been to the house in the summer, you know I kinda like 'em. The gayer, the better! These say that they, "add gayety to all festivities!"

Super cool patio lights!!!

I wouldn't dare buy them 'cause I'd be too afraid of breaking one or having one burn out! This is the cheapest we've seen a set like these, and they were $65!!!

looks like fun

Yes the Hoover was a toy, and you know there are even some vacuum gurus who have birthdays coming soon too...
{{{wink wink}}}

Travel safe too guys!

Hoover

I'm sure you're worth all of it, but did you catch the pricetag??? Sounds high for what it is. Would you say so? We don't have a lot of experience with these toys (and have NO intention on buying it... OUCH.... Rich just pinched me!!! We would have an intention of buying it if maybe it was 75% off, so I guess I lied!!!).

Chuck :-)

Rich, it looks like you guys really had a fun day and saw lots of funt things. Just wondering about the toy Hoover, is it electric and if I may ask how much did they want for it? I have never seen anything like it before. Terry
