Or non-HE for that matter. It seems to have vanished off shelves around here (NYC area).

Bought a large bottle when Tide liquids were on sale last year at local supermarket along with another of Tide "Free&Gentle" HE which one has been mainly using. However each time one looks for the stuff it's gone. Not even space indicated on the shelf where it should be.

There are several Tide Coldwater products listed at Tide.com:

Tide Coldwater (liquid)
Tide Coldwater (powder)
Tide HE Coldwater (liquid)
Tide HE "Free" Coldwater (liquid)

I bought two jugs of HE Coldwater at a Cub Foods in Mankato, MN, last spring. Standard Coldwater liquid is on the shelf at my local HyVee---where the all the variations of Pods are getting quite a lot of shelf space, by the way.

I bought two 95-use boxes of powdered Tide Plus Bleach HE at Sam's Club recently, so I won't need to be purchasing any Tide products for quite a while, LOL. I use it for everything except blacks (Perwoll), and loads of greatly-stained kitchen whites (UK Persil Bio powder).

The cold water HE is still available here at Wally-world, but the Free/Cold water has disappeared.
Just last night I was searching the Tide website and they still listed the Free HE Coldwater, so I clicked to buy now, and was directed to an online seller, then it said this item was not available.

So I clicked to find a retailer in my area, and was told that there were no retailers in my area that stocked this item. I have been using the Free HE, and it seems to do just fine. I was wondering if it is the same just a different name.

Tide Coldwater (powder)

That's surprising.

Does it dissolve faster at lower temps than most powders?

Tide Coldwater (powder)

No, I am sorry I should have not assumed. The Tide Coldwater HE and Free Coldwater(when available) is a liquid.

The regular HE coldwater is too perfumey for me. The Free is great, and my daughter doesn't itch with the free either.

In case Marty McFly goes back again, remember the "free" means free of perfumes and dyes. We all know the trouble he almost got into when he ordered a Pepsi Free.
