Well, it's arming up a bit around here, mid 70's are fine, right now it's 62 at 2:30 AM, just about right.
After a rainy June July has been quite dry. I didn't bother to start up the sprinklers since it was so wet, now I'm not sure I want to for one month. Got a bad mole problem. It's interesting, I had the sprinkler on my small vegetable garden and about 10' of the grass got wet in front of it, and the moles went crazy! Hills zigging and zagging everywhere the water got on the grass. While there is evidence of activity elsewhere in the lawn, I wonder if I keep it dry they will move on to the neighbors yard. He seems to be watering 24/7, with a traveling sprinkler.
