Help Support :

Re: Let me try another Guess:

I think that I've got it now. According to your Charades Hints, might this item be a Westinghouse Laundromat Washer? If I'm correct, might you also have or be getting a Matching Slanted-Front Dryer to go with it as well?

Peace and I hope I'm right-on now, Steve

Re: Guessing:

Well, at least are we basically in the right field of the type or Appliance that just arrived?

My Nails are almost all gone, trying to figure this out now, I think that I'm going to have to take some Anixiety Meds, to calm me down now...{LOL}

Peace and Good Times, trying to Guess, Steve

Steve

OK

Sounds like laundress,
Second clue please.
It is true, Charades doesn't translate to well,
but we're getting the drift.
What kind of vintage wm is 300 lbs and can be cracked.
of course the glass window. You better take the "belt"
to Beltman!
It's a German Front loader!

Ah, must be one of them huge (for Europe) Miele commercial type front loaders... seldom seen on these shores... very pricey, too.

Congrats, if so (even if it's a lesser brand like AEG/Siemens/Bosch).

On the other hand...

""L" hold up one finger for 1st word.
Cups hand to ear "sounds like"
Points toward self"

What rhymes with "butch"???

Deutch?

(ducking and running for cover!)

Oh, I get the clue now

""L" hold up one finger for 1st word.
Cups hand to ear "sounds like"
Points toward self"

"ME" for "Miele"... LOL...

Commercial size... if not model... right?

Ooooooh, I hear a DING-DING-DING-DING-DING correct-answer bell in your immediate future, sudsmaster.

gansky.....If your pink toilet is a pressure-flush model and you use an HE detergent, I think it would do an outstanding job of cleaning! Retrieving your clothing at the end of the cycle would prove challenging, however.

Ps 107474 107733 107768 107819 Launderess

107474, 107733, 107768 Funny how the brain works, huh?
I didn't have no idea that the elevator was gonna get to the top floor, let alone the doors open!!!

107819(drift) So Laundress, do you wear full floor length dresses in dark colors and have a severe bun coiffure? They
are infrequent, but I do so love it when you submit a
question statement wherein the recipient is fully aware that
the only acceptable response is to stand at attention,
unblinking eyes in stony silence. You are closely related to Miss Manners; I know it!
Did you get the new fangled digital cam?
Save digits, set the Toast-R-Oven on top of the W1070!

It appears that it's a Miele W1070. I tried to get more info on this model from the web, but didn't find out much, other than that it's an older residential model (I think). It may be desirable because of more flexibility in terms of combinng different temps, wash cycles, spin speeds, etc, than more modern computer controlled versions.

You Just Keep Right On Tapping

*LOL*

Unit is due to be installed tomorrow, and have been that busy have not had a chance to take snaps, much less even bother with the unit sitting as of now in the middle of my front sitting room.

Will see what one can do later today or tomorrow after the Miele tech leaves. Weahter reports are calling for snow and one may have to make a dash for the shops after the service tech leaves to stock up.
