I have always like the way these commercial Neptune machines looked! Are they built with any sturdier parts vs. the residential Neptunes?

Mainly want a larger washer to avoid having to haul really huge loads to the laundromat. Could do them in the Miele, but it takes ages and also don't want to wear my poor wee lad out.

Alas, no they are not. They are domestic Neptunes with less things for the user to 'F' up. The additive cup is removable after unscrewing the soapcup bezul. You can program all sorts of things on those controls. Set it to free wash, change rinse temps, etc.

A friend lived in the famous Oak Grove Tower apts. near Loring Park in Minneapolis for several years, with 16 Neptunes in the laundry room. Was there quite often and never noticed an inordinate number of "Out Of Order" signs. Those machines ran day and night. Hated not being able to see in, though.
