Well I did it..... I splurged and bought a VItamix today!

After staying with John E (gyromatic) in St Paul over Memorial weekend, I heard praise of the Vitamix, sampled a healthy smoothie, plus saw the large jar of peanut butter he made in it.  

 

So this evening while shopping at Costco, I looked in the small appliances and.... there it was calling my name!  Model# 5200S.   Bonus, there was an instant $25 off coupon too, so I bought it!

 

I just watched the included DVD showing the wide range of things it's capable of doing.    As I was watching I caught my self saying "That is totally cool!"

 

So I'm kinda jazzed and wanted to share!   I'm also looking forward to learning first hand all it can do!
