Ad stated a price of $500 but the tag line reads $400 - I'll bet the seller is starting to get 'negotiable'.... LOL

I'd love to wave a magic wand and have this in the kitchen. Realistically, I wouldn't move it if it was next door much less in Canada, but it's fun to think about.
