Greetings everyone! Here are photos (finally) of the Westinghouse top loading tumble wringer washer. The only identification of the washer is inside the gearbox with the Westinghouse label on the motor. You put the clothes in the copper tub, and close the latch....fill it with water to the fill line on the inside of the outer tub...put in the soap...and off she goes. The tub agitates back and forth like a top loader's agitator. Very interesting machine indeed! The wringers are forwarding and reversable with NO SAFETY features at all.

I'd love to see the owner's manaul for this machine. Imagine a time when this was "state of the art" for clothes care... Do you know when this machine is from, Mark? Very interesting - thanks for the pics.
