A dryer exactly like this, except it also had the auto dry button, lived in the Dallas suburb of Farms Branch from 1966 to 1972.  Paired with a 1955 Unimatic.

No, unfortunately it does not, this is the 1955 model and I believe only the 54’ model had the music box. I don’t even think t has a bell that dings when it’s done. But I can’t test it for sure until I wire up a new cord, the guy who was selling it cut the original cord so he could use it to test his air compressor.
