Im allergic to all forms of tide. Thats all I can say about it. ;P

I like the smell of it too, but I know that a lot of people here hate it.
There's no HE version of it so I can't use it in the Oasis. I know Fab used to have a version out that was HE compatible. Don't know if they still make it or not. But I went through boxes of that stuff when I had my Kenmore front loader (aka Frigemore)

It's interesting how often I hear about someone allergic to Tide. I don't think I ever hear complaints about other brands. Is Tide worse, or do we hear more about it because so many people use it?
I (usually) avoid Tide these days partly because of this allergy. I don't think I have an allergy, but I do have skin issues, and figure that if Tide can cause allergies to flare up, it might not do my skin much good, either.
I can't place this particular Tide formula. There are too many, and more get added every week. Or so it seems. But my personal favorite is what I think they call Tide Original powder. I like powder better than liquid, and the scent is fairly light by Tide standards. I'm not sure how old the scent is, but it seems more in line with what I remember detergents being like years ago than some other scents.

Once I wore a sweater in 5th grade. My mom had switched back to tide after many years of not using it. I went home early in the morning after I developed a rash all over my chest, back and arms. Mom took me into the doctors office immediately. The only things we could trace it to was tide or shrimp. It couldn't have been shrimp since I eat it all the time! Me love shrimp.

I am allergic to LIQUID Tide, I get a rash on the back of my knees, under my arms and on my feet. I have NO allergy to POWDER tide, and love it. (original and mountain spring) I dont know about everybody else, but I personally HATE all of the versions with downy or febreze! If im going to buy Tide, I want my clothes to smell like Tide, not a cheap perfume factory!
