It is a Hobart C-44 but none of the controls are standard. I can't figure out what that mesh conveyor running through it is supposed to present to the machine for washing. Due to the lack of the fill valve and tank drain lever I would guess it is designed for some kind of closed solvent loop industrial parts cleaning. The water treatment and heating system behind the machine make me think that Any guesses?

Doesn't look like a stainless pump. The housing is Ni-Resist (cast iron)

Very Bizarre set up. You got me on the mesh conveyor and controls.

These C-44 with the Revolving Upper Wash Arm (Last Year) were incredible cleaners (Just like the old CM series)

They removed the R-1 Reducer for the conveyor drive and added an electric drive. (Scratching Head) The Dual Drive systems on these machines were great.

Must have been a scrap machine that someone made a HobartStein out of.
