So whats everyone hopping to get for the holidays?

For me, as awesome as it would be, a Miele vacuum would be sweet, but I dont think thats going to happen! :)

I am hoping to get a kitchenaid mixer though. Always wanted one after my mom threw out our old one for some odd reason even she doesn't know why.

I either want a vintage one or a new red one, with metal gears of course!

My Holy Grail is a Foodarama refrigerator. It would be nice to see that under the tree, but that's not going to happen!

A more practical gift that I would like is a serger sewing machine.

I recently bought myself 2 16" GE Vortalex fans with PSC motors....from me, to me, with love. lol

what I'd really like to see under the tree is a 1960 GE Liberator range in Chiffon yellow, but 2 certain gifts I'll be getting is a new diamond and sapphire ring from my father, and a brand new Regina Steemer from me to me

A Frigidaire "Thumper" would be nice, a 1972 Whirlpool washer with matching dryer in harvest gold. Maybe another vintage Kirby or Electrolux one can never have to many vacuums :-)

I would like...

a circa 1955 GE Fridge Combo, a circa 1955 Frigidaire Thrifty 30 Range, and a circa 1967 Sears Kenore Washer-Dryer Combo for my laundry closet......PAT COFFEY

P.S. Sam The 1960 GE Range you want did not come in Chiffon Yellow...it came in Canary Yellow, GE never called any of it's yellow colors chiffon.

I would love to get a Kenmore Roto-Rack dishwasher, but I have a snowball's chance in hell of that happening... Hubby keeps threating to buy me a crusher instead!

O'Keefe & Merritt Aristocrat range and a Foodarama fridge.

Bugsyjones - there was a Foodarama on Craigslist (San Fran, CA area) last week - the compressor had been removed (that could be replaced) but it had everything else including juice pitchers. No phone#, I sent an e-mail and then the listing was deleted. The price will make you absolutely sick: $40.00, I'm still cryin'.

58limited

I saw that one.

It was in decent shape too. But I'd rather have it with all the internals like the compressor, etc.

Also it was a gazillion miles away. I need something close. At that price, I'm certain it sold fast.

It was pretty far from me too, but at $40, I think shipping would have been less than I expect to have to pay for a good Foodarama in the end. The missing compressor didn't worry me, even though I would prefer the original to be present.

not a husband

but a nice Cabrio/Oasis in black and in 220V/50Hz ;-)
(living in Lala-Land here, I know...)

Wow, I've been looking for a Ronson Cook and Stir for some time! I keep getting outbid on ebay, been 3 or 4 up for auction in the last few months. I guess I'm just too cheap. Who knows perhaps someday I'll get lucky.
