what if my mom and i found or selves having to buy a vintage washer dryer set?

hello to all aw,

what if for x reason my mom and i had to buy because of budget cost or lower price and was in a very good condition this vintage washer dryer set what would be the fabric softner dispenser to use if there where none with the washer to place on top of the agitator? please take note that its a what if

I think...

I would use a DOWNY fabric softener ball-dispenser...

Just pour the desired amount of DOWNY into the ball, seal it up, and toss it into the beginning of the wash cycle and walk away. The fabric softener gets dispensed automatically in the deep rinse of the wash cycle

The washer may still have the original.  It would have looked like this.  If it's not still on the agitator post, the Downey Ball is your best bet.
