Here You Go:

Hairspray usually works. Spray it on, rub a little with a rag or your fingernail. As it loosens, repeat. Then launder as usual.

Goof Off also works well, but hairspray usually gets it.

Burn the clothes.

Personally I only wear clothes that ready for the (garbage) bin, because IMHO you can't get rid of the paint--especially after it dries.

Obviously,

It is best to never get paint on good clothes to begin with...but...just two weeks ago, the jerk at Home Depot didn't put the lid on the (expensive) can of paint he mis-matched and the damn thing came off as I was walking down the stairs...and it splashed over a brand new coat and perfectly good jeans.

PineSol, rubbed into the dratted stuff liberally and then washed in warm water with borax got rid of it.

This was an acrylic based paint, for what it's worth. I don't think you can get polyurethane or epoxy out with anything.

See if you can get something like "Decorators Wipes".

They're like WetOnes baby wipes, but they are moistened with some kind of solvents which will remove paint, oil and silicone.

Make sure that the garment is 100% dry and that it has no traces of the wipe residue before washing in a machine.
